知識產權管理人員計劃(升級版)合作機構邀請函

In a knowledge-based economy, intellectual property (IP) is becoming increasingly important in promoting business development.  The 14th Five-Year Plan, approved in March 2021, has given support for developing Hong Kong into a regional Intellectual Property Trading Centre.

To assist Hong Kong enterprises, especially small and medium enterprises to build up their IP manpower capacity and to grasp the opportunities brought by IP trading, the Intellectual Property Department (IPD) has launched the “Intellectual Property (IP) Manager Scheme PLUS”, which provides more comprehensive and in-depth training courses under the IP Training Programme to cater for specific duties and career development needs of IP Managers so as to help establish their expertise and skills.  Enterprises registered in Hong Kong can join the Scheme for free.
